Great Strip Location | Lake, Wine & Fireplace

Everything was awesome! Great location right on the Strip, comfortable for our whole family, and Matt was a wonderful host. He even kindly made a one-time exception so our daughter's recovering pup could come along. We'd happily stay here again!

Positive: Lots of room to hang out and relax, and it was right next to the main strip. Negative: Can't think of anything.

This is the 2nd time we booked with Matt. Ge is very comminicative, the house was fantastic and the grounds are very well kept. We are already discussing booking again next year.

We had a wonderful time in the area, but the home is not very well kept. Only thing nice in the home was the biggest bathroom was redone very nice. The home had very old furniture, carpet and kitchen. Very very moldy smelling, dirty windows, dirty ceiling fans and spider web all over outside furniture. Had to take smoke detector down battery dead. Blood on sheets in 2nd bedroom. They did bring us a new coffee maker. Thank you for that. But would not rent this home again.

Only issues were the carpet was a little dirty, beds were a bit rough, and doors were very squeaky for sleeping babies! Overall very nice for the price and location was amazing!
