PROS:This is near everything. You can walk to all the locations. Each bedroom has its own bathroomHistoric feelCONS;Bar next door very loud. Our guests couldn’t sleep one nightDrunks walking by on sidewalk was a common thing from 10p-2aDrafty. The porch pot smoking by the guests in the attached unit was pungent in the living areaHeating is uneven (fireplaces downstairs) old baseboard heaters upstairsWiFi was off and on and the TV connection was weak and spotty
