An excellent place for a large group to stay in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

Great property for large groups. Enjoyed watching the action on the strip from the large front porch. My family has stayed at this property for many years now and each year updates and improvements have been made.

Pros: Walkable. Nice to have bathroom for every bedroom. Porch was nice for visiting Con: Dining room had lots of leaves and dirt of floor near window.

The house is right on the strip which was nice. However, the place was filthy. Cobwebs everywhere and very dusty. Dirty dishes and it smelled pretty bad. For the price, I expected a pretty clean place.

Location is key and having rooms with personal bathroom access was the best perk! We loved sitting on the porch and the porch swing to keep us entertained before hitting the strip and it was easy for the transportation place to get us for a winery tour on Saturday! Truly a fun time!
